Accordingly, the research's problem phrase was chosen as "How are the technical and emotional reflections of the phenomena of expression in the conceptual art creation process before, during, and after the production of the work?" The research's problem statement was established based on its assertion. The participants were eight fourth-grade pupils from Ondokuz Mays University's Faculty of Fine Arts' Painting Department. The phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research methodologies, has been used to study the research topic since it is entirely reliant on subjective data. Structured indepth interview technique was used as a data collection tool. The findings were reached after phenomenological examination of the data that had been gathered. In this approach, the category of expression phenomenon in the conceptual art creation process, which is generated after converting all gathered data to descriptive indices; Three topics were developed during the work in the form of technical and emotional comments before to, during, and following creation. The topic of technical and emotional preparation before the creation of the work, including concept exploration, selection of the material to be utilized, and mental preparation. Three codes idea inquiry, concept commitment, and sensory affect were created because of the work's topic of emotional and technological determination. Finally, four codes were developed around the theme of emotional and technical reflections after the production of the work, including suitability of the expression technique, difficulties encountered in individual/social expression, sense of efficacy following the production of the work, and self-evaluation. According to the findings, the phenomena of expression in conceptual art being obvious in a work in terms of quality and quantity is not attributable to the artist's exclusive artistic skill and aptitude; rather, it is molded within the psychological, social, and economic contexts.
