Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine variables related to attitudes towards the Covid-19 vaccine. A total of 444 adults, 314 women and 130 men participated in the study. Positive and negative Covid-19 vaccine attitudes did not differ depending on gender, but level of education. Specifically, positive vaccine attitude mean scores were higher and negative vaccine attitude mean scores were lower among graduate level participants compared to the undergraduate group. Whether age, trust in Sinovac and BioNTech vaccines, perception of Covid-19 dangerousness and contagiousness, and conspiracy beliefs on causes of Covid-19 pandemic predict vaccine attitudes or not was examined through multiple regression. The model predicting positive vaccine attitudes explained 49%, and the model predicting negative vaccine attitudes explained 42% of the total variance. Finally, conspiracy beliefs mediated the relationship between the level of education and vaccine attitudes; increasing level of education strengthens positive vaccine attitude through reducing the conspiracy belief scores.
