Summary/Abstract: The characteristic of innovation activities is quite complex. Innovation strategies; It includes mechanisms such as economy, sustainability, management, human and social capital, and entrepreneurship. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship of these strategies with innovative literacy and concepts of social innovation capital with a new perspective on innovation through a systematic review of the existing literature. Social innovation capital, a firm's collective capacity to innovate, is probably the most valuable form of intellectual capital as it underpins a firm's core capacity to learn, innovate and adapt. The contribution of innovative literacy to intellectual capital will be inevitable when we integrate the social innovation skill with the innovative individual, based on the individual's ability to make sense of the events occurring in the environment and society, to be aware of the levels of technological developments and to understand all issues related to innovation. This study focuses on the importance of innovative literacy for social innovation capital.
