Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the organizational and economic aspects of Interdependence, which is the subtitle of Liberal theory. The energy and transportation projects implemented by Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia cooperative initiatives are of great importance in terms of cooperation. Projects such as Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, and TANAP (TAP) ensure that the three countries are an integral part of the international system. The intensive operation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, which connects the TransEuropean and Trans-Asian railway corridors, will majorly contribute to the stability and economic development of the region. As a result, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey are becoming important transit centers.
