Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the mathematics anxiety of the students of Kafkas University Sarıkamış Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department. The population of the research consisted of students studying at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Kafkas University in the 2021-2022 academic year, and the sample group consisted of 30 from the 1st grade, 32 from the 2nd grade, 34 from the 3rd grade and from the 4th grade. It consists of 130 students, 34 of which are in total. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference according to the variable of the participants' gender, age, private tutoring background and whether they had taken private lessons from the mathematics course (p. >,050), and there was a statistically significant difference according to the variable of the class and YGS entry field questions. (p. ˂,050).
