Summary/Abstract: Media reporting sets the framework for assessing international and regional conflicts as well as positions of disputing parties. This is also valid for reports on the Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Influencing the public opinion, the media uses various means of perception management like “agenda setting” and “priming.” Accordingly, this research deconstructs the news about the Second Karabakh War, which appeared on the website of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung called Faz.Net between September 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
