Summary/Abstract: Seventy-five years ago, the Groza government faced an unexpected crisis triggered by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Gheorghe Tătărescu. It is a Memorandum that he sent to the leaders of the parties in power and which was a virulent attack on the communist methods of governing the country. Our study aims to determine the causes of this political gesture and its consequences.
