Summary/Abstract: Using the example of the course „Clinic of Strategic Litigation“ taught at the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, the article analyses the pitfalls and new possibilities of teaching in the online environment in the time of the pandemic. On the basis of the existing foreign literature on online education in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, the author reflects on what can be learned from this experience in the future
