Digitalization of Financial law courses before and during the COVID-19 pandemic

Summary/Abstract: Legal education is currently facing significant challenges. At the level of training competitive graduates who would be of benefit to society and professional practice, financial law must address the fundamental question of how to ensure the teaching of students online. The current conservative attitude of legal science on the use of digital technologies in teaching has just hit the bottom. The Covid-19 pandemic period divided education into two eras – the „paper“ period and the „digital“ period. Within the paper, the author focuses on specific ways of ensuring the teaching of financial law using uncommented legal regulations and the application of the Moodle system focused on the complete digitization of teaching.
