Summary/Abstract: For the proper application of the rules of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters regarding the recognition and enforcement of financial penalties, introduced as a result of Framework Decision 2005/2014/JHA, it is necessary to establish, inter alia, the scope of these regulations on persons, but also wich is the time of reference for the conversion into the currency of the executing state, in the event that the pecuniary sanction is imposed in another currency.
