Summary/Abstract: In this article the main emphasis is on the idea of self-awareness, self-acceptance and integration of the fragmented parts of the self, that underlie the discovery of the real self. In this connection, the redirection of the attention from the outer to the inner world is recommended, in order of development of awareness of the internal life.
