Summary/Abstract: The article gives a compact presentation of the impulses for synodality in the pontificate of Pope Francis. Then the two-stage, nine-year synodal process in the archdiocese of Vrhbosna (Sarajevo) is described, with the aim of discussing the methodical approach as well as the achievement of a result. Finally, it is briefly reflected that the world church impulses are visible in the bosnian-herzegovinian synod.
