Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to analyse the legislation on the Register of Beneficial Owners of Legal Entities and Trust Funds in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the issue of the role of this institution. The additional focus is the analysis of the stated institution through the implementation of 5th AML Directive.
