Summary/Abstract: From 11 May 1992 to 31 December 2012 the Diocesan Court Elbląg received 345 complaints, which call into question the validity of a marriage concluded. In 315 cases, we will see a solution of 30 cases over the next year (ie. 2013). Held at 173 processes nullity of marriage (55%), and 87 were found valid marriage (27. 5%). Discontinued 41 processes (13%). Dismissed 10 cases (3%). There were 4 documentary processes (1. 5%). Said processes performed on the basis of 11 titles. Of this group, three titles are breaking barriers: on sexualimpotence, the marriage bond and different religions.
