WORK ORGANIZATION IN THE LIGHT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an employee as one of the addressees of concept of Corporate Social Responsibility. Particular attention has been paid to the aspect of work organisation in the context of ensuring employee’s security. The paper, among others, discusses the form of work organisation, division of labour, workload, the form of working time and shaping work conditions. In the light of these considerations, supplemented with empirical research, one can state that the work security of average Polish employee is low and to improve this situation the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility could be important.
