On Krum’s Laws Again

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the matters relating to the so-called ‘Krum’s legislation’. An attempt is made to compare some of its provisions with the answers given by Pope Nicholas to the questions of Bulgarians. The author comes to the conclusion that the assertion of existence of Krum’s laws cannot be easily rejected, although they do not constitute written law.
