Summary/Abstract: There is a new Ordinance regulating licensing to practice law, effective 01.01.2020, issued in connection with the amendments and supplements of the Judiciary System Act as of August 2016. The article explains the legal characteristics of the internship under Article 294 of the Judiciary System Act, the standing of a legal intern and the legal consequences of the internship as a legal intern, its certifying, and it makes suggestions de lege ferenda as well.
