Summary/Abstract: The situation of the education system is very difficult at present. Frequent reforms and corrective programmes do not bring the expected results. There may be many reasons for this. One of them may be incorrect relations between entities involved in the creation of the education system, resulting from the rejection or resignation to the idea of the common good, which builds the hierarchy of values and the correct order of tasks to be undertaken
