Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the statistical data of the offense of unlawful provocation of abortion, based on the information provided by the Information Technology Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Also, arguments are presented on the issue of non-recording of cases of criminal abortion in official statistical data.
