Summary/Abstract: An important place in medieval history is occupied by the study of crusades. The Crusades played an important role in the development of European history and left their mark on world history. Historians still do not stop researching this very interesting event. The Crusades largely shaped the relationship, coexistence, interdependence, and enmity or friendship between Christians and Muslims in the new, modern, and contemporary period. In this article we discuss the only source of the most distinguished author of the First Crusade (1095-1099). His name is unknown to us, so he is referred to in the scientific literature as an anonymous historian of the First Crusade. His source - Gesta Francorum et aliorum Hierosolymitanorum (Deeds of the Franks and the other pilgrims to Jerusalem) is invaluable, as the author tells us about the events he saw with his own eyes. Our goal is to analyze the anonymous author's worldview and ideological principles through a complex study of the source. Demonstrate the author's perception of events and its Providential vision. The scientific article contains Latin excerpts from the examples of providential thinking presented in the source and its Georgian translation. Our aim was to understand everyday life, providential minding and mental studies based on the source of the antonymous author. The work is a modest try of learning this issue.
