Summary/Abstract: When the Romanian urban population started to grow, the need for a larger number of churches appeared. The priest Rădulescu recommends that the patron saint of the church be the Dormition of the Mother of God being connected to the Day of the Navy, Constanța has been a port city on the Black Sea, since ancient times. It was built between the years 1906-1911, as we learn from document inédit the archives.
