Summary/Abstract: One of the most current and important theological discussions today is that between science and religion. It is important to emphasize that there has always been a connection between the two, without necessarily being separate. Therefore, the present study presents biblical, patristic and current arguments to demonstrate the importance of both parts of man: faith and reason, involving them in the knowledge of God.
