Summary/Abstract: The number of traditional mills in England is systematically increasing. Watermills and windmills, which about 30-40 years ago were fading into oblivion, nowadays are coming back into favor. This is possible because of commitment of many people who decided that this is a very important part of their culture which is worth saving. Against all the odds they achieve what they are aiming for. Additionally, it is important to mention the changing attitude of English society, which is now going back to a more natural style of living, and using more natural ingredients in their food. It seems that traditional milling in England has a bright future ahead, and it should keep going during the upcoming decades.
