Some Considerations Regarding the Constitutionalization of the Civil Service Law, in the Light of the Romanian Constitutional Court 's Jurisprudence

Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to highlight the constant jurisprudence of the Romanian Constitutional Court on civil service law and recent legislative interventions in this field, as a natural and mandatory reaction, in fact, in a state governed by the rule of law, following the decisions by which it was found the unconstitutionality of some legal provisions that regulated, in particular, the legal regime of the evaluation of the individual performances of the civil servants and of their administrative-disciplinary liability by administrative acts with normative character.
