Summary/Abstract: The introduction of a monitoring system for attendance at the workplace has been shown to improve the quality of care provided by healthcare professionals. This study aims to analyse the satisfaction of healthcare professionals with the introduction of a monitoring system. Main goal is to analyse the degree of satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use of a monitoring system for attendance at the workplace by healthcare professionals. A survey was conducted among healthcare professionals. The questionnaire consisted of three sections. Section 1 contained questions regarding demographics, Section 2 had questions related to the introduction of a monitoring systems and Section 3 included questions about the satisfaction of healthcare professionals with the introduction of a system for monitoring attendance at the workplace. The results showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied with the introduction of this system. This means that the introduction of a system of monitoring attendance at the workplace has been successful.
