Summary/Abstract: In September 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which the following: GEO no. 127/2022 on the establishment of some contractual staff posts in the staffing table of the Superior Council of Magistracy; Order of the Minister of Justice (OMJ) no. 3.918/C/2022 on the updating, for the year 2022, of the number of notary public posts for judges of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and judges of the Constitutional Court of Romania; Order of the Minister of Justice (OMJ) no. 3. 920/C/2022 updating, for the year 2022, the number of posts of notary public for persons who have at least 6 years' seniority in legal specialist functions and who will pass the competition to become a notary public; Order of the Minister of Education (OME) No 5. 243/2022 on the organisation and conduct of admission to secondary education for the school year 2023-2024; Order of the Minister of Education (OME) No. 5.241/2022 on the organisation and conduct of the national assessment for graduates of the 8th grade for the school year 2022-2023; Order of the Minister of Education (OME) No. 5.242/2022 on the organisation and conduct of the national baccalaureate examination - 2023. Moreover, in September, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Land Law no. 18/1991; Senate Decision no. 28/2005 on the approval of the Senate Regulations. The following ECHR Decision was also published in the Official Gazette in September: ECHR judgment of 5 July 2022 in the case of V. v. Romania (Application No. 1.020/20). Not least, in the Official Gazette of September was also published Civil Judgment no. 99/2022 of the Court of Appeal Brasov on the action in administrative dispute and the partial annulment of art. 1 of annex no. 2 of the GD no. 1.065/2020, in the sense of eliminating the phrase "in public spaces".
