Summary/Abstract: Digital transformation include all segments of society. The process of digital transformation includes the education system. Modern educational technology has the potential to improve students' skills, motivate them and encourage them to be actively involved in the learning process and overcome new digital educational methods in teaching, extracurricular processes and activities. Last years, in the education system special attention has been paid to the digitalization and development of distance learning educational models. In that way, the quality of educational work is being raised, the digital competencies of students, teachers and the development of digital culture are being developed. The aim of this paper is to consider the ways of communication between students and teachers of the distance learning model, as well as to determine the advantages and disadvantages of this model.
