Elements of the effective educational process from the perspective of university students

Summary/Abstract: The study aimed to identify the elements of the effective educational process from the point of view of the students of Al- Balqa Applied University in Jordan and its relationship to the variables of gender and degree, where the descriptive approach was used in addition to the use of a questionnaire that consisted of 20 items that measure the elements of the educational process, and the study sample consisted of 1000 male and female students from Al-Balqa Applied University from various faculties and academic disciplines; Where the study showed that the elements of the effective educational process from the students’ point of view came to a medium degree as a whole, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the elements of the effective educational process from the perspective of university students, which are attributed to the study variables, namely gender males, females and the student’s academic degree Intermediate Diploma, Bachelor's; The study recommends the necessity of paying attention to the faculty member at Al-Balqa Applied University and developing his educational abilities and skills to serve the educational process in general.
