NEW HRM PRACTICES PROMOTING CSR

Summary/Abstract: This contribution is part of the extension of the research carried out in recent years on HRM and CSR practices. It fits in a perspective of discovery and understanding of the practices of the human resources management (HRM) that promote the CSR. Open coding from the Grounded Theory was used for this work which was exploratory, qualitative, inductive and based on studies of cases of non-technology companies in the city of Douala. This allowed us to identify practices such as recruitment, training, compensation, motivation, delegation of authority, the participatory approach to communication.
