Summary/Abstract: This article aims to address the Cybermobbing. To do this, seeks to distinguish conceptually and legally the phenomenon of Mobbing, compared with other behaviors, highlighting the progress of its regulation in our country, as well as explore the characteristics of Cybermobbing, examining patterns of its realization in social networks and the university, in order to identify the challenges and prospects of its regulation and extract insights into its proper treatment.
