Summary/Abstract: Portable chain saws are commonly used in Poland in construction, agriculture and domestic work, but are a source of serious injury because the chain can easily come into contact with the body of operator. The article presents possibilities of supporting chainsaw operator training with the use of a virtual trainer built at CIOP-PIB.
