Analyzing Airbnb Online Customer Reviews: The Case of Antalya

Summary/Abstract: This purpose is positive and positive comment suggestions for Antalya rented houses and houses from the platform for the preparation of Airbnb, which is evaluated for sharing. In this context, 102 houses were evaluated and a total of 1226 online comments were analyzed manually with the content analysis method. In order to analyze the most used words in the comments, a word cloud was created by using the MAXQDA 2022 qualitative data analysis program. As a result of the research, it was determined that the most positive comments about the house were related to "location", while negative comments were related to "comfort and facilities". In the positive comments made about the host, it was determined that the most comments were related to the "helpful" attitude of the host, while the negative comments were related to the "poor communication" of the host. In the word cloud, it has been determined that the most used words are "good, wonderful, beautiful", respectively, and the words that indicate satisfaction with the house and the host
