Summary/Abstract: This study touches upon the problem of modern interpretation of legal reality in the horizon of intersubjectivism. The key role is assigned to performative actionism, which is considered as a tactic for exercising the law and a method of learning the truth in the course of a trial. Law is understood as an action, process, event, deed, situation, a series of actions of agents of law. Actionism applies the principles of independent and effective interaction of agents of the modern integrative environment, and also provides a methodological justification for the new legal intersubjectivism of bodies in judicial practice.
