Summary/Abstract: The normativity of the political social systems, a postulate of the state genesis and organization, seen as a system of systems in which the subsystem of law obviously appears in content and form as an objective reality that has its foundation in the moral precepts of that society. On these coordinates between the Jus legal norms and the FAS moral honest here was a perfect match within the ancient Roman society being explicitly stated that the principles of Roman law are defined through moral principles like – honeste vivere, alterum non laedere, suum cuique tribuere.
