Summary/Abstract: The Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń organised the 8th Polish-Italian Judicial Colloquium from 8 to 11 September 2021. The conference was devoted to the issues of constitutional amendments in Italy and Poland from historical, theoretical and constitutional practice perspectives. The Colloquium’s partners were the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and the City of Mrągowo.
