Schönberg Live Studio 2021. Retrospective on the masonry workshop

Summary/Abstract: The masonry activities included in the summer school at Dealu Frumos aimed, on the one hand, to diversify and complete the general picture of repairs with traditional materials that are required for vernacular buildings. On the other hand, they represented a useful contribution and a demonstrative-experimental alternative with regard to the actual ongoing finishing work for the adaptation of the concrete annex (p) into a multi-functional space destined for the Center for Vernacular Architecture Studies at Dealu Frumos and for theoretical and practical teaching activities of the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urban Planning
