Summary/Abstract: The article is a commentary to the document of the Law Council and of the Council for Ecumenism of the Polish Bishops' Conference of the 8 March 2022 entitled Pro memoria regarding religious services provided to the faithful from Churches and Ecclesial Communities that do not have full communion with the Catholic Church, which resembles the existing rules in this aspect, with an additional explanation. The article presents the purpose, structure, sources and selected provisions of the Pro memoria and distinguishes their theological and pastoral accents.
