Summary/Abstract: Marketing represents the barter system that emerged in order to satisfy people's needs. It is seen that the concept of marketing has been interpreted in different ways throughout history. After the industrial revolution, technology has been developing rapidly. Especially with the development of internet technologies, Industry 4.0, and applications such as Blockchain, new forms of marketing have emerged. These developments have not only changed the social and business life of people, but also caused the public services to adapt in this area. Today, people are shopping online, performing banking transactions, sharing personal information, sending important business documents etc. events appear normal. However, it is important for the participants to ensure that the internet structure is secure. In this context, Blockchain technology minimizes the threats of the internet environment with the encryption method and scattered database against the security problems of digital environments. In this study, information about marketing, digital marketing, blockchain technology, blockchain usage areas is given and how blockchain technology affects marketing is examined.
