Summary/Abstract: With consolation, with joy, with enlightenment, we owe not only to the poor and forsaken, to whom the philanthropists, known and unknown, great and small, have always cared in the Church, with the power and work of the Holy Spirit. Our condition as Christians obliges us to bring God's gift to all people, to bring the news of the Resurrection, and to bring the gift of the feast, proclaiming that Christ has risen, not only to those who believe and wait on the Lord, but also to those who - they forgot or moved away or alienated from the community of practicing Christians or from the communion of faith of our common forerunners or, moreover, in an evangelical apostolic zeal, towards those who have not yet known Christ the Lord.
