Actualization’s Word in Preaching

Summary/Abstract: Without actualization, preaching loses its purpose, becoming unattractive, and the very word of God is perceived by the listeners as devoid of its saving power, now lifeless. The study confirms these theses. The article organizes and synthetically presents the most important issues related to actualization: the theological foundations of actualization, the main principles of its implementation; biblical models of actualization as models for modern preaching; the updating process. Finally, a descriptive definition of actualization was formulated.
