The Development of Ec ological Theology in Poland. From the Theo-Ecology to Eco-Theology

Summary/Abstract: This article discusses eco-theology as one of the new research areas in Polish theology in order to assess its scope and anticipate future developments. The first part of the article provides an overview of the history of eco-theology. The second part examines its biblical core. Lastly, the third part focuses on theological definitions of eco-theology including the author’s own account. The conclusion identifies shortcomings and opportunities for further development.
