THE EVOLUTION OF THE RIGHT OF PROPERTY OR THE RIGHT OF PROPERTY FROM ANCIENT TO MODERN IN ROMANIAN SOCIETY

Summary/Abstract: A periplus in the evolution of the right of property and of its forms with all their advantages and disadvantages naturally arises the question if the private property continues its course or a future social organization will eliminate it the purpose of social progress. This study tries to offer an answer in that, by presenting the evolution of the right of property in Romanian area, evolution which on the whole is almost the same with the one of the right of property form everywhere.
