Organization of Turkic States as an International Organization in terms of International Law

Summary/Abstract: The present article titled Organization of Turkic States as an International Organization in terms of International Law aims to assess the Organization of Turkic States, which is an umbrella organization for the Turkic States that was established in 2009 under the name of Organization of Turkic Language Speaking Countries. The assessment is carried out by analysing whether the Organization of Turkic States is an international organization in terms of international law. Therefore, the analysis was conducted by discussing the organizational structure of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as the competencies and missions of the organs and their working principles.
