Summary/Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has severely demobilized the global economy. In order to limit the subsequent transmission of the disease to the community, many of the affected countries have decided to undergo a complete blockade within certain periods. The COVID-19 pandemic, still present, significantly affects the sales of agricultural products by farmers. Thus, in the situation of market restructuring, it was important for small producers to be able to benefit from coordination and support at all levels in order to ensure business continuity, the state providing them with financial support to recover some of their losses.
