Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to identify general trends and comprehensive approaches to the problem of analysis and preservation of artistic values, part of which are porcelain, to determine their place in the context of socio-cultural progress of Ukraine in the twentieth century and the impact of these processes on national identity. Porcelain art acquires special significance as a phenomenon based on artistic, aesthetic and ideological traditions embodied in art forms. Given the state of destruction of the domestic porcelain and earthenware industry, porcelain products of its leading enterprise - Kyiv Experimental Ceramic and Art Factory need to analyze and highlight their impact on the national identity of Ukrainian culture. The research methodology is to apply the principles of scientific reliability and comprehensiveness, as well as the use of socio-cultural and art approaches. Used in the study and a set of scientific methods, in particular: axiological, ontological (existential), cognitive, system-historical, comparative (historical-comparative), culturological, cross-cultural, typological, iconological-iconographic, art analysis. In addition, general scientific research methods were used - theoretical, empirical and empirical-theoretical. Scientific novelty. Scientific research uses a comprehensive study of unique porcelain art samples created on the basis of the Kyiv Experimental Ceramics and Art Factory (KECAF) and highlights the state of study of certain aspects of the impact of these works of art on Ukrainian art culture after the cessation of production. Conclusions. The obtained results allow to testify that: for the first time the phenomenon of domestic porcelain as a catalyst of innovative transformations in modern society has been comprehensively studied; found that the sphere of realization of the cultural potential of Ukrainian porcelain there are private and state collections in which works of art are witnesses of historical and cultural national experience; it was found out that the exhibition activity of museums and galleries promotes intellectual and aesthetic education, forms the national identity of the individual, strengthens the manifestations of original creation and renewal of the national tradition; scientific development of this issue has become the basis for the possibility of further dissemination of this innovative impulse and determine the essence of the impact of creative achievements of the porcelain industry, and in particular KECAF, on the general artistic culture of Ukraine of the beginning of the XXI century; It was found that in the antique market there is an increased demand for the company's products and the wave of research and collector interest in this phenomenon determines the fashion for Ukrainian porcelain, encouraging art critics to carefully restore the creative biographies of artists.
