Summary/Abstract: In the world of Artificial Intelligence and thinking machines, creation no longer seems to be the exclusive prerogative of the human being. Beyond the controversy that arises when it comes to awarding the title of artist to a machine programmed to imitate the human brain, the contributions of Artificial Intelligence in the art world can no longer be denied. Analyzing the approaches to regulation and legal recognition at the international level, as well as the limitations of the national legal framework, the paper emphasizes the need to adopt a legal framework that is adequate and adapted to the reality in which we live.
