Summary/Abstract: The revolutionary progress in technology has started a transformation process that is reshaping the world. The aim of this transformation, which has digitalization at its center, is to facilitate human life and increase productivity by using the latest technologies. In order to benefit from the innovations of the digital age, many other fields such as transportation, education, health and tourism have become involved in this transformation process. In this context, COVID-19 accelerated the digital transformation in higher education and caused the intensive adoption of new technologies. In the light of this information, the aim of this research is to analyze how the students at Selçuk University and Matej Bel University perceive digitalization of their university. At the same time, it identifies the challenges and benefits of digitalization from the students and universities point of view. The opinion of students on the digital transformation process will be able provide a view of both the progress made by universities and what is needed in the future.
