Summary/Abstract: Education is the primary element of a country's well-being, so it should be based on sound moral principles, it is a public good that all citizens should benefit from in a qualitative way, harmonized with technological and social realities and in which the best specialists should be involved. A country's progress depends to a large extent on education, the key factor in which it should be invested in heavily because it differentiates between success and failure on an increasingly competitive market. “Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means.” - Humanity Formulation of the Categorical Imperative – Immanuel Kant.
