Summary/Abstract: The article considers the factors of formation of professional mobility of the labor market and summarizes its main characteristics. Different approaches to assessing the impact of mobility on the efficiency of the labor market in today's challenges are justified. It is revealed that one of the main contradictions of the modern world is the discrepancy between rapid social progress and professional training of future workers in the labor market.
