Summary/Abstract: The paper provides the outline of extradition law system and bilateral treaty on extradition of China signed and ratified, expressed the general principles of extradition law of China, the diplomatic commitment applied in the extradition process, analysis the path of laws have improved, especially with some concert cases that show the successful cooperation with European countries in extradition field.
